Cape Girardeau Partnership for Higher Education
Through the Cape Girardeau Partnership for Higher Education, Three Rivers is offering courses leading to an Associate of Arts degree. Partnership courses are offered at the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center, 1080 S. Silver Springs Road, Cape Girardeau, MO 63703.
