Business Office
The Business Office provides many services to students, faculty and staff. These services include but are not limited to:
Student Services
The Business Office accepts payments in person during business hours, by mail and online through myTRCC. We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Learn more about our payment plan option through Nelnet.
The Business Office bills students and sponsors for tuition and fees. Authorization to bill sponsors must be received in the Business Office by the first payment due date.
We offer 100% refunds within the refund period and distribute excess Financial Aid refunds. Visit the Refund page for more information about Refunds.
The Business Office distributes and mails Work-Study paychecks on the 5th of each month.
The Business Office distributes and mails tutor paychecks on the 10th of each month.
Students can pick-up Three Rivers parking stickers in the Business Office. Parking stickers are vaild for one year from June 1 thru May 31.
The Business Office mails out 1098-T tax forms by January 31 annually.
