Three Rivers College is pleased to announce Kevin Madden as our Featured Speaker for Commencement 2014.
Kevin Madden is a CNN political analyst and commentator, regularly contributing to the network’s political news coverage. Mr. Madden is also recognized as a top political operative and communications strategist.
Currently a partner and executive vice president at public affairs firm JDA Frontline, he recently served as a Senior Advisor to Governor Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign. He was also National Press Secretary for Governor Romney’s 2008 campaign for the Republican presidential nomination.
Prior to joining Governor Romney’s campaign, Mr. Madden served as Press Secretary to then-House Majority Leader, now House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH). During the 2004 presidential campaign, Mr. Madden was a member of the media team directing President George W. Bush’s re-election communications effort, serving as the president’s campaign spokesman before regional, national, and international news organizations.
Mr. Madden originally hails from Yonkers, N.Y., and now resides in Washington, D.C.

How to Get There
The Black River Coliseum is located at 301 South 5th Street in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
The Coliseum offers several hundred parking stalls in a huge surface lot located directly across the street from the facility. Also, the Coliseum offers accessible parking attached to the facility, literally just a few steps from the back doors. These entrances are located behind the building (west side) for Accessible Seating patrons. All parking is free of charge.
Certian sections are reserved requiring a special ticket to be seated in these areas. The rest of the seating area is general admission. The event is free and open to the public.
Accessible Seating and Entrances
The Coliseum offers accessible parking attached to the facility, literally just a few steps from the back doors. These entrances are located behind the building (west side) for Accessible Seating patrons. There are several options available for patrons requesting accessible seating. Please contact the Coliseum Box Office directly at 573-686-8001 and a representive of the Coliseum will assist you in reviewing these options and determining which one works best for you.
