How do I request a transcript?
A transcript request form is available in the Registrar’s Office, or the student may send a request in writing to the Registrar’s Office. The office must have the student’s full name, any other names the student may have had when he or she attended TRCC, social security number, and the last semester attended. Also, the office MUST have the student’s signature to release the student records. A $5.00 fee is charged for each transcript, which must be paid at the Business Office. Current or previous students may also request transcripts electronically through MyTRCC.
