Three Rivers College students awarded funds from the Ivester-Keeter Scholarship

Three students at Three Rivers College have received the Ivester-Keeter Scholarship, administered by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust.

They are:
  • Kelse McKinney of Naylor. A 2017 graduate of Naylor High School, McKinney is the daughter of Chad and Jennifer McKinney of Naylor. She is pursuing a degree in Elementary and Secondary Education.
  • Jenna (Ross) Robbins of Van Buren. Currently seeking a degree in Elementary Education, Robbins is a 2016 graduate of Van Buren R-1. She is married to Barry Robbins and is the daughter of Christy and Johnny Sanders and Danny Ross, all of Van Buren.
  • Kelly Sanders of Williamsville. A 1997 graduate of Greenville High School, Sanders is engaged to Tim Garrett. She is pursuing a degree in Middle School Education.
The fund was set up by an anonymous donor in honor of two former instructors at Poplar Bluff High School. There is a preference for students from the four-county taxing district majoring in math or science education.

These scholarships represent some of the more than $60,000 awarded to students this fall by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust, a 501(c)(3) organization that receives and manages donations on behalf of Three Rivers College. The Endowment Trust provides a mutually beneficial means for individuals and businesses to partner with the College.
