Three Rivers College students awarded funds from the Achievement Scholarship
Several Three Rivers College students received funds for the fall semester from the Achievement Scholarship, administered by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust.
- Jessica Dawson of Van Buren. The 2001 graduate of Southern Reynolds County R-2 is studying Business Administration at Three Rivers. She is married to Troy Dawson and is the daughter of David and Sandy Hampton of Ellington.
- Kelley Ponder of Doniphan. A 2016 graduate of Doniphan High School, Ponder is majoring in Nursing at Three Rivers. She is married to Tristan Ponder and is the daughter of Janet and Wiliam McNece of Doniphan.
- Stephanie Thomas of Fairdealing. A 2008 graduate of Doniphan High School, she is married to Garrett Thomas and is the daughter of Stanley and Lora Cook of Doniphan. She is seeking her Associate of Applied Science in the Registered Nurse program at Three Rivers.
- Katy Wondel of Oran. She is a 2013 graduate of Advance R-IV, and is studying Business Administration at Three Rivers College. She is married to Clayton Wondel and is the daughter of Brad and Bev Rhodes of Advance.
These scholarships represent some of the more than $60,000 awarded to students this fall by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust, a 501(c)(3) organization that receives and manages donations on behalf of Three Rivers College. The Endowment Trust provides a mutually beneficial means for individuals and businesses to partner with the College.
