Lady Raiders softball team advances in National Tournament

With a win over Yavapai College on Tuesday, May 25, the Lady Raiders softball team advances another step at the NJCAA Division 1 National Softball Championship tournament being held this week in Yuma, Ariz.

The Lady Raiders (43-4) will face second-seeded Butler (Kan.) in the second round of the double-elimination tournament at 6 p.m. (CDT) Wednesday.

A win will advance Three Rivers to the semifinals of the winner's bracket at 2 p.m. (CDT) Thursday. A loss will set up the Lady Raiders to play at 10 p.m. (CDT) Wednesday against 16th-seeded Georgia Military or ninth-seeded Chattanooga State.
