Payment of Tuition & Fees
The following is important information for students, parents, grandparents, etc. regarding Student Accounts. Parents, sponsors, and friends of Three Rivers students should be aware of the following important information:

Privacy Rights
The College is bound by state and federal laws that mandate certain privacy rights to each student. Therefore, only public information can be discussed with anyone other than the student. For instance, we cannot discuss amounts owed, student's schedules, etc. unless we have a signed statement from the student each time giving us permission to do so.

Student Responsibility
Even when someone other than the student is paying the bill, it is still the student's responsibility to make sure everything is settled by the deadline. By registering for classes, each student accepts responsibility for payment of all tuition and fees due the college. Every enrolled student must make tuition payment arrangements to complete their class registration. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of classes during system purges.

Credit Refunds
Anytime a student's account has a credit balance from an overpayment, the refund will always be issued to the student, regardless of the source of payment (parent, grandparent, friend, sponsor, etc).

Making a Payment
Log into myTRCC to make a payment.

Payments are accepted in person at locations in Poplar Bluff, Kennett, Sikeston, and Dexter by cash, check, credit/debit card, and money order.

Credit/debit card payments may also be made over the phone by calling Student Accounts at 573-840-9662 or logging into myTRCC. Get instructions on how to make online payments through myTRCC.

You will need to reference your ID number in the memo line of the check when mailing a payment, if you do not know your ID number please include your full name (first, last, and middle) and date of birth to ensure payment on the correct account.

Summer 2021 Semester


Payment arrangements for all enrolled students must be made by:

March 22, 2021 – June 3, 2021 July 12, 2021
Your class schedule will be cancelled if you fail to make tuition payment arrangements by the above payment deadline.


Fall 2021 Semester


Payment arrangements for all enrolled students must be made by:

Registration Date Payment Deadline
March 22, 2021 – August 13, 2021 September 27, 2021
Your class schedule will be cancelled if you fail to make tuition payment arrangements by the above payment deadline.


Winter 2022 Semester


Payment arrangements for all enrolled students must be made by:

Registration Date Payment Deadline
October 18, 2021 – December 10, 2021 February 28, 2022
Your class schedule will be cancelled if you fail to make tuition payment arrangements by the above payment deadline.


Spring 2022 Semester


Payment arrangements for all enrolled students must be made by:

Registration Date Payment Deadline
October 18, 2021 – January 14, 2022 February 28, 2022

Payment Options


For students without approved Financial Aid awards:
  • Pay in full through myTRCC.
  • Payment Plan through Three Rivers Student Accounts Office
For students with approved Financial Aid awards:
  • Pending Aid Plan through Three Rivers Student Accounts Office.

Refunds


Students can expect Financial Aid disbursements to begin around the fifth to sixth week after the start of classes. For more information about refunds please see FR 3109 Student Refunds.
Three Rivers College will no longer be utilizing the refund and ID services provided by BankMobile and the associated Raider OneCards, instead we will be issuing refunds directly to student banking accounts. This is the quickest and easiest way to get your refund and the set up can be completed in minutes. To provide your bank account information, please log into myTRCC and select "Banking Information" under the "Financial Information" tab. Get detailed instructions here.

Dates for 100% credit are based upon courses beginning within normal first week of classes. If your class begins before the normal first week of classes the date to receive 100% credit will be 10 business days from the start of the class. Please contact Student Accounts if you have a question about the last day to receive 100% credit on your balance.
