Mission Statement

ACHIEVE is a federally funded TRiO Student Support Services Program that serves first-generation and low-income students and students with disabilities. Our program is designed to help students navigate college life, be better college students and achieve their graduation goals.

Students don’t have to figure out college alone!

College can come with a lot of questions. What classes to take, how to pay for college, what is required to graduate, and how to transfer? Students do not have to figure it out on their own.

The ACHIEVE Program provides personalized support to help all students overcome challenges, stay on track, and graduate. ACHIEVE participants will find themselves surrounded by support services to help them succeed and attain their goals.

Is ACHIEVE right for you?

Services are available at no charge. To be considered for ACHIEVE, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a student of Three Rivers
  • Be a U.S. citizen, or national of the U.S., or meet residency requirements for Federal student financial assistance.
  • Have a need for academic support
  • Be a first-generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor’s degree) and/or meet family income guidelines OR be an individual with a disability.

Once a completed application is received, ACHIEVE staff will review it to verify eligibility. Eligible students will be invited to schedule an onboarding meeting to learn more about the program, talk about their goals, and get connected with ACHIEVE support.
