Student Housing: Rivers Ridge Apartments
Rivers Ridge Apartments is comprised of 46 four-bedroom apartments with private bedrooms, two full-sized bathrooms, a living room area, and a full-service kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The housing package includes water, gas, trash, and sewer service; high-speed Internet; electric; and basic cable television.
The Rivers Ridge complex has many amenities, including a volleyball court, pavilion with picnic tables and BBQ grills, clubhouse with a big screen TV, study room with computers, laundry room, and snack machines. The housing staff plans exciting activities throughout the year to provide students with opportunities to live in a community environment conducive to meeting a student resident’s education and personal goals.
Financial Aid can be applied to the balance of your lease:
- Fall Semester: $1,720
- Spring Semester: $1,720
- Summer Term: $948

Housing Application
To reserve a room at Rivers Ridge, you must fill out and submit an application (located below) along with a $200 security deposit. The application does not guarantee on-campus housing, and should not be construed as a lease contract.

Become a Resident Assistant
Are you someone who loves to help others enjoy themselves and succeed? Do you feel called to be a leader by setting an excellent example? Are you someone who can commit to a worthy cause? Are you someone who believes in going above and beyond to get the job done? Then why not apply to be a Resident Assistant (RA)?
A Resident Assistant (RA) is a full-time student who acts as a student mentor to the residents of Rivers Ridge to better foster a community living experience that expands the classroom learning. This person must exhibit leadership, good moral values, general social skills, and the desire to help and mentor others. A resident assistant should be self-motivated and self-disciplined, an excellent student, organized, and encouraging.
Applications are due by May 1 for the fall semester.
The priority of the Resident Assistant is to build and strengthen the community experience here at Three Rivers College and Rivers Ridge Apartments.
