Three Rivers College is hosting Operation Healthy Delta, an Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) event from June 11-20 at the Bess Activity Center. This event is brought to you by the U.S. Department of Defense in partnership with DAEOC, and in cooperation with South Central Missouri Community Action Agency and Shawnee Development Council. There will also be events at the Miner Baptist Church in Sikeston and Anna-Jonesboro Community High School in Anna, Ill.
Operation Healthy Delta will provide medical, dental, optical, physical therapy, and emotional wellness services to residents ages 2 and up who are uninsured, under-insured, or in need of quality care at no cost to the patient. No proof of insurance, income verification, or identification is needed. This is a first-come, first-served event.
Area residents can receive basic medical services, wellness exams, and school physicals; dental exams, extraction, fillings, and sealants; optical exams and single-vision prescription eyeglasses; emotional stability and life coach sessions; exercise performance, mobility and motion improvement, and injury management.
