Secretary (2026-2032)
Brian Bess spent 31 years as an employee of Three Rivers College as a professor, basketball coach, and athletic director. Bess has an MS in Exercise Science from Arkansas State, BA in Physical Education from Lyon College, and AA from Three Rivers College, where he was also a Raider basketball player. A lifetime resident of Poplar Bluff, Brian and his family who are Three Rivers alums consist of his wife, Kacey, and children Kolby and Kiley.
