This option in the Construction Technology program focuses on Construction Specialist. The Construction Technology AAS degree prepares students for entry-level employment and a foundation for future advancement in the construction industry.

• Explain how to navigate Commercial and Residential plans and specifications.
• Create construction project cost estimates and schedules as necessary for construction management.
• Demonstrate framing, finishing work, flooring, and layout necessary for entry-level carpentry work.
• Demonstrate layout and installation work necessary for entry-level electrical work.
• Demonstrate entry-level skills in laying out and installing plumbing and HVAC.
• Create detailed Construction plans using CAD and 3D applications.
