Stop by the Welcome Center on Thursday, February 13, between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., for Hug in a Mug! There will be a hot chocolate bar, snacks, crafts, and lots of resources on the health effects of vaping, coping strategies, 988, cannabis and the brain, mental health first aid, and suicide awareness. This mental health resource booth and Hug in a Mug, are brought to you by Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health.
