Join us for a Murder Mystery Dinner hosted by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust to benefit their partnership with the Boys & Girls Club. Presented by The Bank of Missouri, “The Death of Dr. Pepper” will take place at the Holiday Inn of Poplar Bluff.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. on October 29, with the buffet-style dinner prepared by Tasteful Creations beginning at 6 p.m., and the performance starting at 7 p.m. Business casual attire is suggested.

Proceeds from the dinner will support the Boys & Girls Club’s College Kids program. The total cost of the program is approximately $5,000, which covers the instructors’ salaries and materials needed for the courses. With recent updates, students can complete more than 20 college hours by the time they graduate high school. The program began four years ago with seven students. Today, more than 30 teens are enrolled from three different school districts.

Michael Malone will be directing the show. Malone is an assistant professor of Information Systems Technology at Three Rivers College and has been involved in Poplar Bluff theater for more than 20 years as an actor, director, stage manager, and sound director.
