Join us for our 2025 Poetry Slam on Thursday, April 24 at 6 p.m. in the Lecture Hall (room 108) of the Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center! This community event is held to commemorate National Poetry Month and Shakespeare’s death (April 23), and it’s part of Liberal Arts Week.
Students, faculty, staff, and members of the community are invited to come and share poetry. Also at the Poetry Slam, TRC’s award-winning literary magazine, “Confluence,” will be distributed free of charge during the break. The English Department will provide refreshments.
