The Southeast Missouri School Counselors Association (SEMOSCA) is holding their winter meeting from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on January 20 in the lobby of the Tinnin Fine Arts Center. This is a quarterly business meeting with counselor-level sharing and discussions on best practices.
