Three Rivers College has selected the Honorable Kacey Proctor to receive its 2025 Distinguished Alumni Award. A public reception in his honor will be held at 4:30 p.m. April 23, with the award presentation beginning at approximately 5 p.m., at the Tinnin Fine Arts Center.

If you would like to make a donation in Judge Proctor’s honor, he requests it be made to the Three Rivers Endowment Trust for scholarships.
