About the Presenter: Carol Williams, LCSW, currently serves as the Quality Improvement Officer for FCC Behavioral Health. Carol has chaired the Trauma-Informed Care Committee for FCC and has served on the Trauma-Informed Care Collaborative through the Missouri Behavioral Health Council since its inception in 2017. Carol has also provided training on trauma and suicide in a variety of settings, including the 2018 Missouri Behavioral Health Conference and the 2019 Regional Suicide Prevention Conference in Cape Girardeau. Carol earned her Master of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, and holds the clinical certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW–2016).
