Privacy Rights

The College is bound by state and federal laws that mandate certain privacy rights to each student. Therefore, only public information can be discussed with anyone other than the student. For instance, we cannot discuss amounts owed, student’s schedules, etc., unless the student has given proxy access throuh myTRCC.

Student Responsibility

Even when someone other than the student is paying the bill, it is still the student’s responsibility to make sure everything is settled by the deadline. By registering for classes, each student accepts responsibility for payment of all tuition and fees due the college. Every enrolled student must make tuition payment arrangements to complete their class registration. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of classes during system purges.
