Hartle, the daughter of Eric and Karen Hartle of Bloomfield, was homeschooled and completed her studies in 2016. She is enrolled in the Practical Nurse Program at Three Rivers.
The Joda Bess Scholarship Fund was named to honor Joda W. Bess, whose family owned and operated Bluff City Beer for many years.
