Three Rivers College will officially start the 2022-23 season with Raider Madness at midnight on October 1 with all teams allowed to hold their first official practice October 1 at the Libla Family Sports Complex. Doors will open at 10:30 p.m. on September 30.
This year’s event will be the first for new assistant coaches Trey Rakes (men’s basketball) and Caleb Livingston (women’s basketball).
“This is a great opportunity for Raiders fans to come out and see new players on the court for the first time,” men’s head coach Brian Bess said.
The Raiders play their first regular-season game at Olney Central College on November 1, and will have their home opener at 7 p.m. November 4 against Richard J. Daley College during the 1st Midwest Bank Classic. They will also host John A. Logan at 7 p.m. November 5.
The Lady Raiders, who are coming off back-to-back appearances in the national tournament including a final four appearance in 2020, open their regular season at home against Wabash Valley College at 1 p.m. November 5. They will also host Olney Central College at 1 p.m. November 6.
