The Three Rivers College Behavioral Health Support Program will host the “How to Spot a Narcissist” miniseries on September 11, 18, and 25 at 6 p.m. in the Bess Activity Center conference room.

Each date will feature a different topic and everyone is encouraged to attend all three to learn How to Spot a Narcissist.

On September 11, Corey Reynolds, the Three Rivers Behavioral Health Support Program Coordinator, will cover “What is Narcissism” with a focus on the diagnosis, traits, types, and signs and symptoms.

On September 18, Reynolds will discuss narcissistic abuse. Along with the abuser, Reynolds will cover narcissistic parents, narcissistic intimate partners, and narcissistic mental abuse, emotional abuse and exploitation.

In the third and final session on September 25, Reynolds will cover How to Combat Narcissism. Including defining expectations, reinforcing boundaries, securing self-esteem, and healthy coping strategies and empowerment.

The event is free, and attendees should register by contacting Reynolds at creynolds@trcc.edu, or 573-840-9631 ext. 8361. A free copy of The Narcissism Epidemic will be provided to all attendees by Missouri Highlands Healthcare.
