Three Rivers College is hosting a Social Services Career Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 19 in room 108 of the Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center on the Poplar Bluff campus.
At our Social Services Career Day, students can explore social work, criminal justice, sociology, psychology, and behavioral health support.
Community agencies in the “helping fields” will have tables to discuss current opportunities. There will be panelists from the social service areas, and TRC program managers will speak about the educational programs in those areas. Several universities will talk about their bachelor’s degree programs, as well.
Anyone interested in the social services field can meet professionals and explore degree options, career outlooks, advancement opportunities, salary ranges, and more. There will also be free pizza!
