The application deadline of September 1 for Three Rivers’ LPN-to-RN Bridge program in Sikeston and the Poplar Bluff day program is now approaching.

“This program gives extraordinary career advancement possibilities to our students, and we want to give every opportunity for students wanting to join the program to apply,” said Dr. Staci Foster, Department Chair for Nursing and Allied Health.

Applicants for the LPN-to-RN Bridge program must be licensed in Missouri as a Licensed Practical Nurse. To be eligible for admission into the program, applicants must:

  • Take the NLN-PAX-RN pre-entrance exam and achieve a minimum score of 110,
  • Take the LPN-ADN exam with a 700 benchmark competency, and
  • Have a minimum 2.0 GPA across all college credit hours completed.

Application forms for the LPN-to-RN Bridge program can be found online by going to trcc.edu/admissions and clicking on “Applications.” The LPN-RN Bridge Application includes information on scheduling to take the NLN-PAX-RN test. All admissions materials, including test scores and official copies of transcripts from high school and other colleges, must be received by the September 1 deadline.
