Garrett Todd Orr of Cape Girardeau has received the Paul & Joe Anne Ripley Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Orr is the son of Kim and Jeana Orr of Doniphan and is a 2017 graduate of Doniphan High School. Orr graduated from Three Rivers College with an Elementary Education Degree and plans to begin Southeast in the Fall.
The Paul & Joe Anne Ripley Scholarship supports graduates from a Ripley County high school (Doniphan HS, Naylor HS, W. Point Christian Academy) or residents of Ripley County who hold a valid high school equivalency certification and who are graduating from Three Rivers College and have been accepted by a regionally accredited college/university to complete their baccalaureate degree.
