Three Rivers College awarded the Dr. Arthur T. Tuma Memorial Scholarship to Heather McNeal of Neelyville and Mariah Wagner of Poplar Bluff during the fall 2021 semester.
A 2005 graduate of Neelyville High School, McNeal is majoring in health sciences and the RN Bridge Program. She is the daughter of Jerry and Lesley Swafford.
