Three Rivers College awarded the Etta Stephenson Horizon Scholarship to Suzanne Mosier of Scott City during the fall 2021 semester.
The fund was set up by Etta Stephenson’s family to honor her. It is to assist students who demonstrate financial need.
Mosier, a 2020 graduate of Jacksonville Christian Academy in Jacksonville, Fla. and resident of Scott City, is majoring in health sciences. She is the daughter John and Jennifer Mosier.
