Three Rivers College Business Administration student Juliet Duguran was awarded the Kay Porter Memorial Scholarship for the Spring 2019 semester. The scholarship funds were endowed by Kay Porter, who gave back to several Poplar Bluff entities during her lifetime.
A 1993 graduate of Naylor High School, Duguran is the daughter of Paul and Georgina Stephens of Poplar Bluff.
