Three Rivers College and Farm Credit Southeast Missouri invite the public to a ribbon cutting for the new Farm Credit Southeast Missouri Classroom at 1 p.m. August 21, at Three Rivers College – Dexter, located at 515A West Market in Dexter.
The Farm Credit Southeast Missouri Classroom is part of a partnership between Three Rivers and Farm Credit Southeast Missouri that will include a new agriculture education classroom built on the Three Rivers Farm in Fairdealing, Mo., and Farm Credit Southeast Missouri classrooms at Three Rivers locations in Poplar Bluff, Dexter, Kennett, and Sikeston.
“Three Rivers College is honored to collaborate with Farm Credit Southeast Missouri to expand agriculture education opportunities for our region,” Three Rivers President Dr. Wesley Payne said. “This classroom represents another milestone in making education accessible and affordable for the people we serve.”
Headquartered in Sikeston, Missouri, Farm Credit Southeast Missouri is an agricultural lending cooperative with over $1 billion in owned and managed assets serving Bollinger, Butler, Carter, Cape Girardeau, Dunklin, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Ripley, Scott, Stoddard, and Wayne Counties in Southeast Missouri.

Three Rivers College offers Associate of Applied Science degrees in Agribusiness and Agriculture Systems Technician. It offers a Transfer Pathway to an Associate of Arts in Agriculture and offers Certificates in Agribusiness, Agriculture Equipment Technician, and Agriculture Systems Technician.
