Three Rivers College is hosting the first Rocky’s Fan Fest from 2-5 p.m. Sept. 22 in front of the Libla Family Sports Complex in Poplar Bluff. Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy free hamburgers, snow cones, cotton candy, popcorn, and beverages. Rocky Raider will be there for photos, too! There will be bounce houses, face painting, “steer” roping, a foam machine, giveaways for the kids, and more.
