The Missouri Fast Track Workforce Incentive Grant is a new financial aid program for adults. The grant addresses workforce needs by helping adults pursue a certificate, degree, or industry-recognized crediential in an area designated as high need. The Welding program at Three Rivers College is one of the many approved education programs eligible for this new grant.

Grant recipients must maintain Missouri residency and work in Missouri for three years after graduation to prevent the grant from becoming a loan that must be repaid with interest.

Now with the Missouri Fast Track program, students who meet the requirements can complete these programs at no cost.”

Three Rivers College offers welding classes at its Three Rivers – Dexter location. Students can pursue two different one-year certificates for welding, as well as an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Welding Engineering Technology.

“Students will gain valuable in-demand skills pursuing a certificate in the Welding program,” said Cooper.
