Transfer Pathway to Associate of Arts in TeachingEducation – Music Education-Instrumental
If you’re interested in working toward a career in music education, Three Rivers College has the classes and degrees you’ll need to succeed. In addition to traditional music classes, the TRC music department has a number of performance opportunities throughout the year, including an annual musical, designed give you hands-on experience for your future as a music educator.
Our class sizes are small, so students get individual attention. Tuition is affordable, and scholarships and financial aid are available to eligible students.
Teach the Next Generation of Music Students
An Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Music from Three Rivers College gives you the foundation to transfer to a university to complete a Bachelor’s degree and pursue a wide variety of careers in music—including teaching!
An Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT) in Music from Three Rivers will transfer seamlessly to Central Methodist University, where you can complete a Bachelor of Music Education degree and pursue a career in teaching music. The AAT and AA are both required for this transfer.
