Although the official Constitution Day is September 17, we’re celebrating it on Monday, September 18 with a viewing of a documentary on the constitution running throughout the day in the lobby of the Rutland Library on the Poplar Bluff campus. There will also be a display of books on the constitution available for checkout in the library. You can register to vote on this day either in the Welcome Center or in the lobby of the Rutland Library.
