Three Rivers College is holding a three-night miniseries featuring a diverse range of subject matter, presenters, and education. All events will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. in Room 108 of the Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center.

On March 20, Instructor of Psychology at Southeast Missouri State University, Jessica Bishop, MS, will present “An Overview of Sociopath and the Origin of the Disorder.”

On March 27, retired Professor of Chemistry at Three Rivers College, Dr. Mairead Ryan-Anderson, Ph.D., will present “Brain Structure and Genetics.”

On April 3, Clinical Manager at FCC Behavioral Health, Nita Buchanan, LCSW, will present “Symptom Presentation and Treatment.”

All guests to “How to Spot a Sociopath” will receive a copy of “The Sociopath Next Door” provided by Missouri Highlands with funding from HRSA Behavioral Health Support Grant.”

“’How to Spot a Sociopath’ is part of our ongoing miniseries of events at Three Rivers College and follows ‘How to Spot a Narcissist,” said Corey Reynolds, Three Rivers Behavioral Health Support Program Coordinator. “Guests will get to hear from an educator, a biochemist, and a clinical manager about not just the bad, but the good and in-between characteristics of Sociopathy.”

The event is free to attend, but those interested need to register with Reynolds at creynolds@trcc.edu
