Three Rivers College awarded the Ally Grace Daughhtee Memorial Scholarship to Kristina Huffman of Poplar Bluff during the Fall 2024 semester.

The Ally Grace Daughhetee Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a nontraditional student seeking a degree in nursing. The student must maintain a 2.5 GPA and must be a full-time student (12 or more credit hours per semester.) This scholarship is eligible for renewal with a 2.5 GPA.

“I am very grateful to receive the Ally Grace Daughhetee Memorial Scholarship and be selected for such a special honor,” Huffman said. “I know it is very close to their hearts. I know it will help me with my nursing career, and I hope to live up to her legacy.”

These scholarships represent some of the more than $100,000 awarded to students to date for the 2024-2025 academic year by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust, a 501 (c)(3) organization that receives and manages donations on behalf of Three Rivers College. The Endowment Trust provides a mutually beneficial means for individuals and businesses to partner with the College.
