Prepare for immediate work in the Early Childhood Development field by earning a Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate. The Short-Term Certificate is designed to prepare you to apply for the national CDA Credential obtained from the Council for Professional Recognition.

After receiving the Short-Term Certificate from Three Rivers College, additional requirements identified at cdacouncil.org must be fulfilled before applying to the Council of Professional Recognition for the CDA certification. Credits earned can be applied toward the Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Development.
