Students in the Three Rivers Forestry program gain valuable real-world experience through internships and seasonal positions with agencies such as:

• U.S. Forest Service
• U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
• Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC)
• State and federal land management agencies
• Private forestry and natural resource companies

These internships allow students to:

• Work directly with professional foresters and biologists
• Conduct field measurements and forest inventories
• Assist with habitat management and conservation projects
