Surgical Technologists are actively involved in surgeries, working alongside and assisting surgeons, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.

Application deadline: November 1

Both general education and surgical technology courses are included in this program. Clinical laboratory experiences are planned in local healthcare facilities under the direct guidance of the Surgical Technology faculty.

Work as a team with surgeons and other medical professionals in the operating room.

To become an eligible surgical technology applicant, each individual must submit:

Alternates will replace students in the ranked order as space becomes available and will be notified by letter. If not granted admission by the first day of class for the cohort, then the alternate must reapply.

Applicants will be notified of their admission status by letter. Individuals selected are required to have a physical examination, pre-admission drug screen, and criminal background check prior to starting their first surgical technology course.
