Three Rivers College student is awarded funds from the Joda Bess Scholarship
Isebelle Hartle of Bloomfield has been awarded the Joda Bess Scholarship at Three Rivers College. The fund is administered by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust.
Hartle, the daughter of Eric and Karen Hartle of Bloomfield, was homeschooled and completed her studies in 2016. She is enrolled in the Practical Nurse Program at Three Rivers.
The Joda Bess Scholarship Fund was named to honor Joda W. Bess, whose family owned and operated Bluff City Beer for many years.
This scholarship represents some of the more than $60,000 awarded to students this fall by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust, a 501(c)(3) organization that receives and manages donations on behalf of Three Rivers College. The Endowment Trust provides a mutually beneficial means for individuals and businesses to partner with the College.
